Move What Is Safe
Non-affected furnishings are then moved, or removed off site.
Extract
Excess moisture is removed with professional extraction equipment.
Dry
Drying equipment is installed. The equipment can be noisy and inconvenient, but it is extremely good at its job and a few days' inconvenience is all that is needed. It is cheap to run, so you won't get a horrifying power bill.
Clean and Relay
Carpets and furnishings are cleaned, then relaid and returned to their original homes. We need your assistance with this, as we cannot always recall where the furnishings live.
Follow Up
We check the moisture readings before we call the job done.
